Our Women’s Health Physio is fully trained and licensed to carry out a Mummy MOT®.
Mums need to bend, squat and lift, so we provide clinical postnatal care and functional exercises for our clients following birth (no matter how long ago).
Women's bodies go through a huge amount. From puberty, fertility treatments, pregnancy, birth, the post-natal period, abdominal surgeries & menopause. All of these can take their toll emotionally, mentally & physically. If you are experiencing symptoms from any of these, you do not need to 'just live with them'.
Scar tissue is made of collagen, a protein that helps hold the body together. The difference between our normal, healthy collagen and scar tissue is that scar tissue is laid down in random, haphazard ways with reduced elasticity rather than in directions that help give your tissues strength.
We offer a comprehensive pelvic health assessment for any woman who is perimenopausal or menopausal. This can be useful for individuals who are experiencing symptoms now, or for those who would like to find out how to minimise the risk of symptoms in the future.
Pregnancy massage can be used safely throughout the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
Benefits of pregnancy massage:
Eases aching muscles
Improves circulation
Relieves tiredness and fatigue from the extra weight carried
Helps you to relax from the pressures of the pregnancy and gives you a bit of pampering before your baby arrives
1 in 10 men will experience pelvic health symptoms during their lifetime, including a prevalence of over 50% for sexual function issues in men over 50.
These issues can develop at any age, and men can find it very difficult to obtain help and treatment.

I would like to recommend Cheshire Physiotherapy & Pilates Clinic for their skills and their talents. I experienced an excruciating bout of sciatica and Katie and Natalie came to my rescue. Over a period of three weeks they visited me at home...manipulating, stretching and massaging me until I was pain free. Amazing young women!!
Following on from that I still have monthly visits from them. I had major surgery on my neck and it often feels 'tight. Through regular physiotherapy it certainly aids and helps me
Hi Katie, I just want to say the biggest thank you to you and Natalie, my mum has been so sad for so long being in pain and after Natalie’s visit yesterday she said she feels great, her back instantly felt better, she can move, she has had the best nights sleep in god knows and is so so thankful to her!!
Katie helped me recover from a hamstring strain during my marathon training for Manchester marathon. I was so concerned I would not be able run but I was back to running in no time with a rehabilitation program and some manual work on my hamstring I can’t thank her enough!
Natalie was able to provide me with very clear and practical advice on pelvic strengthening following recent neobladder surgery.
